Become a Vendor

Veno Properties manages hundreds of rental properties throughout the greater Capital Region and we are always on the lookout for quality contractors and vendors to help us maintain those properties. If you think your company could help, please review our basic requirements and follow the steps below to sign up as a vendor.

Basic requirements:

1. Provide evidence of $1M in general liability insurance and worker’s comp as required by law. 
2. Be competent and timely in your completion of work orders. 
3. Acceptance of vendor agreement. 
4. Able to receive work orders by email or text. 

Please complete these steps to be added to our vendor list:

1. Complete the questionnaire and vendor agreement below.
2. Upload your W9. 
3. Have your insurance agent send us a copy of your insurance certificate(s).
