Waiver for accidental acts by residents and/or guests for fire, smoke, explosion, water discharge, and sewer backup.
Up to $15k Personal Property Coverage
May be available for accidental acts by residents and/or guests for fire, smoke, explosion, water discharge, and sewer backup if $100k property coverage is not exhausted.
